Before connection:

1.Scan QR code and download wopet App.

2.Power on the device using the USB cable.

3.Open the wopet app and register your app account via email .

4.Log in via e-mail.

WIFI connection:

1.Click Add a device in the top right corner, and click Add.

2.Enter the correct 2.4GWIFI password.

3.Point the phone QR code at the wopet device camera.

After successful connection:

When you hear the the Ding, click Next and wait for the connection to succeed.

You can enter your pet name, avatar, birthday, and weight.

You can share your account with your family's mobile phone and watch live video together.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Make sure the WOpet feeder is turned on and plugged into a wall outlet.

When prompted enter the correct wifi password in the WOPET app.

our home/business wifi signal needs to be a 2.4GHz signal.
