Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the delivery of your order,
unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a free return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not pay for the shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind, nor do we refund the original shipping costs.
Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective.
In the event that it was damaged, defective or not as described on the website,
1. The customer needs to initiate a return request by sending an email to [email protected] along with the proof of purchase.
2. Attach along with it the proof that it was damaged on arrival.
If the claim is found to be authentic, the customer will be refunded the full amount.
Please note that we do not pay for the shipment charges while returning the product, nor do we refund the original shipping costs.
