It vibrates a lot if you slouch every second but you can also manual change it to set every 20 min after you slouch so it’s not vibrating every sec but I leave it because how else would I fix my back. I think this is brilliant and I am very happy with it. A cool gizmo and worth it for the value of helping to form a healthy habit.

I usually roll my shoulders forward, which makes my torso sink inward, causing back pain and just plain looking unattractive. Slouchy hunchbacks aren’t very pleasing to the eye.

Anyway, I’m still learning all of the benefits of the app, but I’m really enjoying it. My brain and body are already conditioning themselves to go to the natural straight position before I even put my Go on for the day.

I’ve only been using it for a week, but it has made a dramatic difference in my posture. My muscles between my shoulder blades and across my breast bone are sore from keeping my back upright and correcting the negative effects of slouching. I sit at a desk most of the day, but get up frequently, so I have mine set to moderate. I really do like this product and I did NOT receive any benefits or promotional credits for this review.

The device itself is small enough and discrete (I can wear it under most shirts and during work). The app is simple and super easy to use and helped me stay aware and understand my training process.

After a few days using the device and the app, I have to say I see a significant improvement in my posture and also noticed my back pain get better as a result.

After all these years of terrible posture, I now have hope. After 3 days use, back muscles are a little sore. I can't wait to see how it will be in 2 or so weeks of daily use.
